If we have any hope of restarting this site we need to do some things...

First... we need to make contact with a former Admin... or Moderators... someone with access to the back door stuff... to clean up the membership and set us on a clean path...

Second... new admin... moderators... and other folks need to be put in control so as to keep this site moving...

without this we are doomed to fail...
