Depression is hard to beat... and even when we beat it... it can come back... it may be hard to get back on meds... but it may be the only thing we... or you... may be able to do...

Hang in there...

Tariki...

I suffer from insomnia all the time and I hate it. Lying on your bed, staring at your ceiling....

I just decided to use 4am as if it was the daytime; to read, to write, to play computer games, or to exercise (Yoga feels very spiritual but muggins here doing the Yoga feels like a total prat).

It seems to help, though...there're not many things worse than just lying there feeling useless, with the same thoughts going constantly through your head.

Rather die in your arms than die lonesome Rather die half than die hollow The higher that I climb, the deeper I fall down I'm running out of time so let's dance while we're waiting.

I miss you Sha, and alll of your family, I hope I get to see you all again, even if just once. God bless.

I go to the gym I bake and clean clean a lot but it doesn't help cause of those thoughts then they give me anxiety (sp?) but the sleeping pills the doc gave me put me out and I wake up better. Thank god that's helping. I was starting to feel crazy
